What does the treatment involve?
The treatment starts initially at very low settings, increasing the energy according to the patient’s level of comfort. The skin simply becomes warm. It is this heat, which causes the beneficial changes to your collagen. The tip is applied in a specific pattern all over the treatment area 3-6 times. The treatment takes between 30 and 60 minutes.
How will I look afterwards?
The same as before you started! There is absolutely NO downtime. The skin might be a little pink in places for a short while afterwards and make up can be applied immediately. If you’re lucky you will experience ‘The Cinderella Effect’ where quite a significant and immediate skin tightening is caused by mild swelling and collagen contraction. This immediate effect only lasts a few days but gives you an indication of the direction in which we are moving.
